
"Living on the Wedge" premiered January 31, 2006 at the Gene Siskel Center in Chicago.Chicago chefs with artisan cheesemakers who were in the documentary for this event. See the list of chef/cheese pairings.
It had its television debut on WHA - Wisconsin Public Televsion in Madison. It has also been featured on WHA's pledge drive.
The half-hour cutdown of "Wedge" was shown on WTTW - PBS Chicaog in December 2006 and has multiple showings left in its contract soif your in the Chicago area you will get a chance to see it again. It most recently sold to Milwaukee Public Television for a three year run.
Besides television, "Living on the Wedge" has had multiple public screenings where is is paired with a cheese tasting. Recently, it was shown at the Lake Theater in Oak Park as a fund raiser for the Oak Park Arts Guild. You can catch one of these events - here's

It was featured as a fundraiser for Slow Food chapters in Indianapolis and Chicago.
Wedge" was screened Saturday, March 24, 2007 at the Chicago Cultural Center as part of
the Family Farmed Festival.
WISE , the Slow Food Convivium in the Milwaukee area hosted a cheese tasting and a screeningof "Wedge" as their annual fundraiser at Sprecher Brewery. Larry's Market in Brown Deer, WI provided the fabulous food. The highlight of the tasting were three fondues made with artisan cheese mixed with Sprecher's finest brews.
In attendance, were George Crave of Crave Brothers Farmstead Cheese and the fabulous Mr. Larry Ehlers. Larry got a big round of applause for his appearance in the film.
